Stacey joined CMU and CTTEC in January 2026 as Patent Manager. She works with outside counsel, faculty, and staff on patent prosecution filings and patent annuities.
She attended Baker College for Graphic Design and Communications, earned a Bachelor of Arts from Oakland University, and received an Intellectual Property Paralegal Certificate from The University of Texas at Austin.
She has more than 16 years of experience in intellectual property as an IP Paralegal and Legal Project Manager, including 6 years in academic technology transfer.
Stacey enjoys creating mixed-media art, volunteering at local charity events, hiking, and spending time with her daughter and dog.
