Bio
My research is situated within feminist media studies with particular attention to the politics of identity, feminist theory, and disability. I engage media-archeological approaches that examine processes of technological transformation, production and consumption of digital media, and studies of audience formation, fragmentation, and engagement. My teaching experience includes literary and media interpretation, intersectional methods, and writing and composition. I hold an MA and a PhD from 好色先生TV. My recent article "Mediating Maternity: Mom Humor on Social Media," appears in the newly published collection .
