Company is a groundbreaking 1970 Stephen Sondheim musical featuring a non-linear series of vignettes, rather than a traditional plot, exploring modern relationships, marriage, and loneliness. The story follows Robert (or Bobbie), a single man in New York City unable to commit, observing his five married friends who alternatively pressure and advise him on his 35th birthday.
