Bio
Virginia Jaramillo is an operator and digital health leader with deep experience building and scaling early-stage companies. She has held senior leadership roles across startup and growth-stage organizations, specializing in strategy, operations, and organizational transformation.
Most recently, Virginia served as VP of Transformation at Omada Health following its acquisition of Physera, where she was Chief Operating Officer and helped lead the company through significant growth and integration. She thrives at the intersection of strategic and operational challenges and is passionate about supporting founders and mission-driven teams as they grow.
Virginia has a B.A. in French from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. She lives in Pittsburgh with her husband and three children.
