Latine Alliance

To become a member of the Latine Alliance employee resource group, please submit a so you can be informed of upcoming meetings and events. There is no cost associated with membership and no time commitments. Members can attend as many meetings and events as they would like. Individual membership in ERGs is strictly voluntary and open to all employees who are interested in joining, regardless of identity. Refer to the ERG benefits and guidelines for more information.

Leadership

Drucella Garcia, Lead

Drucella joined ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV in 2020 and currently serves as an associate director of undergraduate admission. She leads access-focused and inclusive recruitment initiatives, building community partnerships, strengthening local prospective student engagement and managing international recruitment territories. She brings a wealth of knowledge in student-centered recruitment and relationship-building, grounded in her experience and perspective as a first-generation Latina woman. She is passionate about fostering belonging, uplifting voices for positive change and cultivating affinity spaces where communities can thrive.

Drucella earned her master’s in public management, specializing in leadership and strategy, with highest distinction from Heinz College. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her goldendoodle and family, traveling, attending K-pop concerts, and catching up on K-dramas and anime.

She has always had a deep appreciation of different perspectives and cultures and hopes to continue building these connections through her second and final year as lead of the Latine Alliance.
