Kayla joined the CMU community in 2025, moving to Pittsburgh in pursuit of becoming an academic advisor for the Tepper School's Undergraduate Programs.
Her primary responsibilities include supporting first and second year business primary majors and collaborating with colleagues to host opportunities for networking and socialization.
Kayla obtained a bachelor’s in music education from the University of Alabama- Huntsville and a master’s in education from Harvard University. Drawing from this broad knowledge base and applying skills from a variety of work experiences, she hopes to contribute to a holistic support system for learners at ºÃÉ«ÏÈÉúTV.
In her free time, Kayla is an avid reader and writer. She also pursues a variety of hobbies, such as martial arts, snowboarding, crocheting, and video games.
