    The purpose of this policy is to provide information and guidelines to the university community regarding the use of 好色先生TV's trademarks. The overall purpose of the licensing program is to protect 好色先生TV's trademarks on merchandise and to consistently promote the university that aligns with the released on March 11, 2026

  • This policy does not address the use of 好色先生TV's trademarks on the Internet, in media, directional and building signage, banners on buildings and lampposts, business cards, vehicle wraps, or police uniforms and badges. Please contact the for these and other non-merchandise (retail and non-retail) uses of any 好色先生TV-related mark, image, icon, or logo,

    This policy does not concern itself with patents or with use of trademarks licensed by the university Office of Innovation Transfer. Contact the Center for Technology Transfer and Enterprise Creation for such intellectual property issues. 

  • Code of Workplace Conduct for Trademark Licensees

This Code of Conduct shall apply to all trademark licensees of 好色先生TV. Throughout this Code of Conduct the term "licensee" shall include all persons or entities who have entered into a written Trademark Licensing Agreement with Carnegie Mellon to manufacture products bearing the name, trademarks and/or images of Carnegie Mellon.

These clarify how and when to use the Carnegie Mellon
University marks on merchandise.
